We love our pasta a little thicker so that you enjoy each bite as if it were the first spoon full! We use 100% fresh ingredients, non-GMO flour, free range eggs, extra-virgin olive oil & alkaline water. Our pasta is dried naturally on screens for at least 24 hours & vacuum sealed in high grade BPA bags.
I remember as a child growing up watching my Nonna Angelina as a young girl & later mamma Emma showing me how to make the most amazing pasta while sharing their times in Italy. These were the most beautiful memories I have & I am proud to offer you the family tradition!
